Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

i worked a m&m mars for 3 months. i was on my 6 months probation. i was sexually harassed and the man showed me his penis. i told management and i got questioned by personel. the man got fied 4 days later of the complaint. a week later i was given my 60 to 90 day review and every thing was good except conflict with other associates. they have nothing on recored of me having any complaints on file. they then fired me.
