Legal Question
yes my girlfriend is getting ssi of the amount of about 696.00 a month and she has a payee who is her step mom and her payee is saying she isnt going to let her move out from where we are staying now. the first question is can the payee decline her money for her to move and also van my girlfriend change her payee who is her stepmom to me
