Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

6308 violation

Recently i was a passenger in a vehicle that had an accident. We were transported to the hospital with the driver being blood tested for alcohol which was positive. 3 weeks after the accident, i received a magistrate letter. I was not breatherlyzed, I had no blood test at hospital. Tropper said my parents were notified via phone. Thats a lie according to the time noted, they were at ER with me. Other kids were breat tested at site with their reading on citation/ Mine is blank . How should I proceed with this assumption they are calling a citation when they have no proof?

Re: 6308 violation

There are a couple of things going on here that are very important:

First: Your charges. You are a minor, I'm assuming, and you will need counsel to fight this charge. If there is no reading on your citation, we may be able to beat the charge.

Second: On the accident, you absolutely need to have an attorney handle your claim for insurance money as a result.

Our office handles both cases like these, so give us a call as soon as possible. Your accident would be handled on a contingent fee basis, which means there is no fee unless you recover. Give a call at 267.639.3105, or e-mail at [email protected].
