I was cited today for $ 119.50, charges stated 3111-A, police mentioned i'm not getting points.. what is your adivce,

Re: citation thjat section of the motor vehicle is a non point violation. you can fight the ticket if you have a defense or plead guilty and pay the fine with no points against you. often the officer will give this citation rather then a more serious citation which involves points. |
