Juvinile marijuana penaltys.

My son, age 16, was in a car that got pulled over. He was searched and got charged with posession of a small amount of mariuana. He has a juvenile Drivers licence. He was not driving but was in a car when caught. What are the penaltys.

How Much Marijuana was he caught with?
