Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

pulled over in Armstrong Cty. PA

I was coming out of an alley way, stoped at the intersecting road. A cop was going north on that road. I then pulled out and was behind the cop. He pulled into the next road to (illegally) turn around. Then followed me almost .4 miles. I was then pulled over and got a DUI. The cop told me I was pulled over for ''almost'' hitting him at the intersection. I got the paper work and he gave a totally different reason for pulling me over. Is there anything I can do about this? How do I go about fighting this?

Re: pulled over in Armstrong Cty. PA

I practice in Armstrong County. Would certainly be willing to talk with you about your case. Please feel free to email or call.

I would need to know the reason he gave for pulling you over (on the affidavit of probable cause), and would have some other questions as well.
