Re: Wanting to know

Yes. Of course he can. Duh.

If he knows or suspects a law is being violated, he can stop you.

Why don't you just stop driving under suspension?????

Re: Wanting to know

If he knows you are driving suspended? What kind of jackass question is that? Of course he can. You can't be that stupid - why are you asking? If he sees a car registered to you, he can stop it to see if you are driving it. If he sees a car driven by someone he knows is under house arrest, for rape, or anything else that is illegal, he can stop the vehicle.

Re: Wanting to know

My question to you is how did he know that you were driving under a suspended license? Were you driving your own car that he knew, or did he see you, or was there any other reason. You better get an attorney and fast because you are looking at 90 days in jail and a $1,000.00 fine. Contact my office ASAP if you desire additional information or want help defending against this matter.

Sincerely,
