Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

wrong info

i recieved a citation and the address and magistrate number where for the wrong magistrate. Does this in any way fall into the wrong information on a citation and should be thrown out?? Please advise on if this citation should be valid or not. Thank you

A mistake like that probably won't get your case dismissed as the Commonwealth has the right to amended their complaint. I recomend speaking with an attorney regarding this matter. I offer free consultations.

The magistrate in question would not have jurisdiction if the incident did not occur in their area. However, the magistrate may transfer it to the correct magistrate or the Commonwealth could withdraw and refile in the correct magistrate district.
