Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My finace and I live int the homestead in Pa owned by his sister whom lives in California she is 91 and ill we looked at the deed and she still has her and her mothers name on it. Mom passed away in 1984 her in Pa her mother had a will and left the house to sister. Sister has a will if something happens to her what happens to home.
