Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I lost my dad in Jan of 2009. My stepmother stopped contact with me. I have no idea where my fathers ashes are, nor has she offered me any of his things. I am sure that my dad had a will but I believe she hid it. I have no idea what attorney he would have used. I also have his divorce agreement from my mother that he signed agreeing that he would not change who his life insurance beneficiary was from who it was in 1981....What if anything can i do. My life was normal before this, she has made it a living hell.
