Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My sister and I are in my mother's will. My sister was Durable Power of Attorney. My mother got alzheimer's disease. My sister took complete control o her finances and would not tell me anything in regard to her finances nor anything in regard to what she was doing with my mother's money. My mother passed away 6 month's ago. She tells me nothing except that the will was probated. I have not heard anything from an attorney regarding anything in respect to my mother's will. Should I have been notified that my mother's will was probated,as I was only told this. Thank you.

You can check the County where your Mother resided to see if the Will was submitted for probate. I would be happy to help you through this situation if you feel you would like someone to get down to the bottom of this situation. I've assisted people with this type of matter since 1991 and I have very reasonable fees.
