Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

my spouse had a restaurant in his name and also our car is only in his name. he passed away suddenly and I'm unable to even get the car in my name. he left no will and I don't know where to begin with everything.

You really should contact an attorney as soon as possible. The assets will pass according to Pennsylvania laws of intestate succession. There are many steps to changing the title of everything. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. You will need to open up an estate administration to have authority to transfer your husband's assets or to sell them. Additionally, please be advised that there may be taxes due. You really should consult with an attorney.
