Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Car accident while on the clock at work

I was in a car accident and have a few injuries. The thing is I was running an errand for work which is out of my scope. I was cited for the accident, and my car is totalled. I am now under work mans comp. I have liability insurance on my car. Is my employer responsible for the damages to my car?

I don't think so but you may want to ask your employer to see if their insurance might cover it. Sometimes the insurance policies will offer coverage even when there is no legal responsibility.
