Re: judges decision

No. The WCJs like to clear out their dockets after the evidentiary record has closed and attorneys for both sides have mailed in a proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order. Some Judges require less, but they are often the Judges who are fastest with Decisions.

The bosses of the judges keep an eye on things. They think in terms of 90 and 120 days, and beginning-to end averages of 18 months.

Ask you lawyer to gently nudge the WCJ by inquiring whether something more is owed to the Tribunal by Claimants' Counsel.

Good Luck.
