Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

how long before you can go out on workercomp after coming back from worker comp a year ago for same injury.

Dending on status of your claim when you returned to work and when you go out again, you have at least years, maybe longer. I am assuming you received workers compensation wage loss for this injury and no Notice Stopping Tempoary Compensation was issued.
