Reinstatement Of WC Benefits

My WC Benefits were Suspended

and a Judge ordered them to be

reinstated.

How many days does the WC Ins.

Co. have to sendme a check for my

six weeks of lost benefits?

They have 30 days from the date of circulation to issue payment. If they do not, your remedy is to file a penalty petition. Please feel free to contact my office to discuss further.
