Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines
Bp 22, the accused is in another country already, cannot attend trial, have not attended any and did not receive any correspondence PERSONally, as the accused was already out of the country when the case was charged and file. can they issue warrant of arrest? and search and seize properties if there are still left in the Philippines

Yes as to the warrant of arrest. Writ of Attachment can be resorted to considering the accused absconded.
