Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

I was granted a laptop installment for 18 months to pay. It was priced for almost 38, 000 and when it is bought in cash is jut 18, 000. Unfortunately, it over dued for 4 months. I already paid almost 30, 000 php and I have a balance of 8, 000 php. They wanted get it from us, can we not give it back?

If you did not execute any contract allowing the seller the right to demand the return of the laptop upon your default, such seller cannot forcibly get the laptop from you. The most that the seller can do is file a case for collection.
