Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My husband wants to abandon his family to mayy a just recently divorced australian woman. Can I file a sue and hold departure order from the immigration of Australia? Can I give an advance notice to the Australian Embassy of my husband plan so he can't be approved of his visa?

If you have evidence by all means file a complaint for violation of RA9262 because this amounts to psychological violance of your husband. Once the case is in court you can ask a hold departure order.
