Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I am not married to the father of my two children but we are considered as wife and husband for almost 4 years becuase I lived in there home for that 4 years. I am working in UAE almost 3 years and I am supporting my children alone Now, I found out he find new woman and they have baby now without my knowledge... May I know what are my rights and I want the custody of my two daughters since he dont have job since we've been together knowing also that He never been responsible to his obligation as a father.

Please give me advice what are those steps in my case.

Hire a lawyer so that he can initiate the filing of a habeas corpus with a custody case. You have the right to the custody of your chdilren because they are illegitimate chidlren. Thus, parental authority belongs to you. Good luck to you.
