Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
Hello. My guy wants me to be in US as soon as I can. The problem is, it is taking a lot of time before his divorced is finalized. And we want to be with each other so badly. :( He wants to petition me and sponsor me for a working visa. He owns a health insurance company, and I am a nurse, I am actually helping him with his business. Is that possible Sir? Please help us. :(

That will be difficult, but it might be possible to get an H-2B for a temporary position.
