i have a trucking company, can iget my brothers in phil. to work with me as a truck driver?and if yes what the proper application should i get.

Yes, if you're at least a lawful permanent resident (LPR) of the United States (green card holder), you could sponsor as his proposed employer your brother's application for an H1B visa(work) or, under family reunification procedures, his application for an immigrant visa.

Yes, you can get your brother to work with you. The Immigration Law of your country would apply. As far as the Philippine law is concerned, if it is a permanent transfer, he need not do anything, but if he would merely work, he needs to clear it with the Philippine Oversear Employment Agency.
