is it legal i have to resign though i already signed a contract

Good day!!!!

I am mars, I am an instructor in a computer school here in Philippines. This is my first job. I love my work but i do not like the attitude of my superior. I cant take it anymore...

My question is can i resign although i have already signed a contract that will expire next year?

You can resign. Our constitution prohibits involuntary servitude. You cannot be forced to work even under the terms of a contract. However, while you are free to resign, you may be liable for damages for breach of contract theoretically. But this depends on your employer if they will pursue the matter. The expense alone may not justify them running after you for damages. But as I said that depends on your employer.
