What should be done legally to a husband who didn't send financial support to his family and when he came home , he went to his father's house?

You can send a demand letter to your husband requiring him to give support. In case he did not give support despite demand, you can file a case of violation of R.A. 9262 also known as "Violence Against Women and their Children" using the demand letter as proof that you demanded for support.
