Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Philippines

I am co-owner of a property with my mom, which we both inhabit until she died year 2009. i have been paying for the realty tax since 1992. yet a few months before my mom died, my half brother and his wife were showing interest on the property trying to trick me into entrusting the title to them or placing it on mortgage. after our mom died, they showed me a will indicating that it was executed 7 years before her death. we live in the same house so i wondered how i was not told about this.witnesses to this will said neither one of them knew how their signatures were affixed on the document. this property was acquired and given to us by my father. what are my rights and can i file a case against them for they are terribly harassing me?
