About dismissal employee

To Lawyer, Mr/Mrs,

My father want close him shop(stop the business),so need to dismissal the employee works in my father's shop. In my father's shop got 4 staff/employee, one was worked 2 years in my father shop her salary is RM800(malaysia dollar)each month inculde EPF,and one was worked 4 years in my father shop her salary is RM1000 each month include EPF, one was worked 5 years in my father shop her salary is RM1200 each month include EPF and last one was worked 7 years in my father shop her salary is RM1400 each month include EPF, so how much my father need to compensate for them or how to calculate the compensation.
