How would I go about retrieving a schedule listing for a bankruptcy case that has already been

Re: Schedule

You should call the Bankruptcy Court in which you initially filed the bankruptcy. They will be able to tell you whether the file is still in the Court, in which case, you can go to the Clerk's office and make the copies for yourself for $.25 per page. If the file has been sent to storage, then they will give you the telephone number of the storage facility and they will give you all of the information necessary to ask for a copy. When you call the storage unit, they will send you a copy of whatever document you are looking for, the normal request is a copy of the petition and discharge order. The cost is $10.00.

Good Luck.
