John Jackson Law Office of John A. Jackson, P.C.

Tell them not to call you at work. If they continue to call keep a record of when they call. If you cannot pay your bills tell them so and tell them not to call you. You will be sued. If they have violated the FDCPA then you can counter claim the FDCPA violations. The worst case will be that they will get a judgment against you. If you have no to little assets then your creditors can not do much of anything but ruin your credit rating. The judge will not help you work out a payment plan. He will give a judgment to one side or the other.
