How to clear up out of state warrent

i was stopped for speeding yesterday the 27,of july and the police officer ran a warrent check and one popped up from S.C. from 1996 on forgery. How do i go about clearing this warrent up from N.H. I am disabled and do not have the money to travel back to S.C. and i am on parole for the state of N.H. for forgery.

It sounds like you qualify for a Public Defender, who would be a free state provided attorney to represent you. Try calling the Public Defenders office in the county where your warrant is. Good luck.
