Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

South Carolina Parole regulations

I need to know what the regulations are for someone convicted of Criminal Sexual conduct-Second degree and Committing Lewd Act upon a child under 16 in the state of SC. They were paroled and I need to know if and when they are allowed to leave the state of SC.
