Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

what is age or maturity level for kids to choose which parent they want to live with? one parent doesnt work and is very unstable other is working two jobs tpo pay all stuff they are required to pay until final hearing ?

Contrary to what people seem to believe, there is no "magic age" in South Carolina at which a child can dictate to the parents (and the Court) which parent hs/she will live with. There is an article on this topic at my blog: http://is.gd/c0HG5
