Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My boyfriend is trying to get sole custody of his child, he told me that I cannot sleep over until it's settled....is this true ?

Many orders state that no boyfriends/girlfriends can be present overnight when the child is there. Without seeing his Order, it's not possible to say more.
