Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my childs mother & i are constantly in family court. the attorney that i had hired found herself in trouble herself for assault, leading to her closing her practice. when she done this all files from her office where sent to the county attorneys office, however my childs mothers attorney is the county attorneys brother, and are both in one law firm. my question about this is : would this be considered a "conflict of interest"?

If they are both in the same office, then it would be a conflict of interest in my opinion. These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case. If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.SpartanburgLawyers.com). I wish you the best of luck.
