I have 4 children, I live with my boyfriend and my dad. I took my boyfriend to work and my ex husband came over while I was gone, he called the cops and told them my dad was touching my kids, now I'm under investigation, I get no answer from social services as to what is going on, my kids live with the father who was currently arrested for drugs and dont have a steady home. what do I do? I want my kids back! I have a clean record, no criminal or drugs, I've tooken care of my kids since 2005 when my ex and I seperated. he's ordered to pay childsupport, but don't. I need help, I'm confused, will I loose my kids? what are my rights? what do I do?

Re: my kids

These situations are not that unusual, where the non-custodial parent makes false allegations to try to get custody of the children and/or avoid paying child support. If you believe the allegations to be untrue, then the best thing you can do is to hire an attorney to protect your rights.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
