is it against the law to commit adultery cause i know for a fact that my husband is cheating

Adultery is still a criminal offense (felony) in South Carolina, though most law enforcement agencies and Solicitors believe that they have better things to do than to prosecute people for what they do in the bedroom. The crime, though, is still on the books.
