Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Getting Married

I am getting married next month and my fiancee' wants to know if her income would be included if the ex-wife were to take me back to court. Would her income be combined with to calculate the rate for child support?

Re: Getting Married

In South Carolina, only the biological parents incomes are used to calculate child support. Spouses are NOT used.
