If I was pregnant when i entered into the marriage 1 month ago and i want a divorce now, how do i file? Can I still file for divorce with irreconcilable differences?

Re: Pregnant while filing for divorce

You will need to prove one of the divorce grounds: one year separation, adultery, physical abuse, alcohol/drug abuse, etc. Also, if your husband isn't the father of the child, you will need to name the biological father in the divorce action to have paternity established.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
