You should consult an attorney a.s.a.p. to discuss these issues. If you deal with D.S.S. in the wrong manner, they can interject themselves into your life and be very difficult to get rid of.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
