Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My son was taken from me from the hospital without informing me until after they did it. Then they said i tested positive for amphetimines and my son too that was june 11,2010.They waited til he was three days old before they came and got him until they could get a dirty diaper. They also said i failed a test may 12,2010 for valium, lortab, meth, and marijuana when i NEVER signed a consent and was even lied too about it telling me i was just being tested for a urinary tract inffection...my point is meconium goes back approx. 20 weeks, if i failed for all that may 12, why was it just for amphetimine june 11 not even 30 days latyer? ive passed a hair strand, im enrolled in classes and my son still remains in foster care! and i have missed 5 months of crucial bonding wit him cuz he dont even know who i am only seeing him 2 times a month for for 1 hour at a time. my problem is afyter 3 classes a week, drug test, and child support i cant even afford to feed myself..cant find a job because the 5 interviews ive had cant accomidate a schedue that i would need and therefore i cant pay child support and i am very behind. its either me eat or pay for what i can to get my son *nd naturally im going to do whatever it takes to get him. ive asked dss for assistance with transportation to and from class, help finding a job, and option for child support but no help...im going crazy i NEED my son home..pplease help i donyt know what to do! And on top of all this they have charged me with child neglect and i was in jail a week and dont know how long im facing!
