phone and wi-fi bill owed

my daughter and her boyfriend went behind my back and orderd a wi-fi card and i did know until it came by ups, my daughter told me he would pay ,also daughter has a phone added to my family bundle and she owes also, how do i get the money back that i had to pay for bill?

I don't know what a "wi-fi" card is. Nor do I know what a "family bundle" is. Getting your money back is a little tricky here. You said you did not order it, but then you said you paid the bill. Without knowing more, it sounds like you need to get the money from your daughter. She's the one that ordered these things, correct?
