Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

I have been summons by the Magistrate to appear before the courts on claim and delivery summons.

~I went to a title loan place back in february for a title loan in the amount of $1500. On the the courts paperwork the claim they placed against me is worth $1900. I do not want to have my vehicle seized but I'd rather pay the $1900; however i need at the most until Dec. 17th to come up with the money. When I go into court or before court-How can this be handled?

*Any information given is welcomed and accepted. Thanks Much!!
