Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina

Probate court------- Estate of deceased

I received 5 forms from the probate court. my mother died 11 years ago and now my sister wants me to sign over my percentage of the house to her. My dad, who owns the house still lives there and is still a fairly healthy man. i fear that she has already tricked him into signing over his interest to her and now she wants me to do the same thing.the letter has a deadline of april 9, 2009.if she gets total control of the house my dad will be out on the street,no place to go. Please help. I just need information of what i should and need to do so all of my dads hard work will not be in vain.

Re: Probate court------- Estate of deceased

You have a right to a hearing in Probate Court to find out what is going on. I suggest you hire an attorney and have a hearing in court.
