Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

question about court docket

Do all reaffirmations agreements show in court docket as docket entries? I cannot access documents from Pacer, says file unavailable see file clerk for file. Would there be any specific reason documents not available on Pacer? Lawyer I used for bankruptcy 7 discharged 5/04 does not practice anymore. I did not receive any papers through bankruptcy except discharge letter. Thanks.

Generally, all of the reaffirmation agreements are required to be approved by the court. This means they should be filed. In turn this means they should be listed on PACER, but I am not certain about that.
