Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee

Employee rights?

Does an employer have to notify employees/customers

that he has installed a device to listen in on conversations. Or private cell phone use?

Is touching, massaging a form of sexual harassment? From my boss/owner. I would pull away, but he would continue and say ''But don't that feel good''. Another time, ''You are a beatiful woman, but your going to have to button up another button, because I can see everything.'' The thing is he could'nt have seen anything. It was a very strange place to work I don't know what to do.

Re: Employee rights?

First, it is illegal to tap a telephone without everyone's knowledge and permission. It is illegal in Tennessee to tape a conversation (in person no telephone) unless one party to the conversation consents.

Second, that is sexual harassment. You should see a lawyer about that.
