Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

False Imprisonment/ 48 hour arraingment law

I was arrested on 2/20/01 for aggravated robbery and my bond was set at $50,000.00, I was not the person who committed the actual robbery . His bond was set at $20,000.00. I was Held for 3 months before I was served an indictment and it was nearly 4 months before I was Arraigned on the charges. Is there something wrong with that?
