Re: accidental pregancy

It depends. This matter is probably governed byTennessee law as thatis where the woman lives and where the baby will presumably be born. Under Washington law, any child born during marriage is presumed tobe the child of the husband and wife unless there is compelling evidence to the contrary, e.g., absence of the husband for a year or more from the wife, DNA testing showing the child is not the husband's offspring, etc. You coul dend up involved in legal proceedings in Tennessee or DSHS coul deventually come after you in Washington based upon the Tennessee case being referred to this state by Tennessee officials. I woul dneed to know more facts to give you any more information or insight. Also, is the wife going to keep the baby? Does her husband know she is pregnant? If so, what does he say about allof this?
