Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I have been with my fiance since last august when he got out of jail, his ''wife'' and him have been seperated for well over a year, he filed for divorce but all the papers were wrong and he didnt have the finances to fix them. Now im pregnant! and his ''wife'' says that she is going to have him locked up for him getting me pregnant! can she do this?

I do not know about Tennessee, but assuming he got you pregnant in Kentucky then I would say Kentucky law prevails - and no, there is no crime involved in him impregnating a woman that is not his wife.
