Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

My divorce was final in Jan of this year. Along with the divorce was a PPP. I was to have my 12 year old daughter every thursday and every other weekend. I have seen my daughter a total of 53 mins since Christmas. When I filed to have my EX taking back into Medeation, she picked the furthest out date the Medeator had and 4 days before Medeation was to begin, she filed an order of protection. Now I cannot even speak to my daughter. When I filed a contempt petition aginst her and went to court she got it continued for another MONTH! How can I get to see my little girl NOW? My daughter has been alienated from me by my ex and her friends. I have NEVER been violent or threatening EVER! I have lost my daughter and need some help!
