Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

See my child.

What are the steps that I need to take to be able to see my daughter? My ex-wife has done nothing but keep her away from me for the past five months. I am very upset with this, she is going against the court order set out in our divorce, and is getting away with it scott free.

Re: See my child.

If your wife is not complying with the court order, you have an argument that she is in contempt of court. I suggest you hire an attorney to enforce the rights granted to you in the divorce decree. Good luck.

If you have visitation rights in the divorce decree, then you should file a Motion for an Order compelling visitation. I can help you prepare the Motion, which you can then file in court without an attorney. It would cost about $100 to prepare that motion.
