Re: child vistion

You will need to file a petition for visitation with the court that awarded custody of the child to its other parent. I can usually draw up these petitions for $100. You can read about my law practice and contact me at http://michaelguth.com/prose.htm

Re: child vistion

I would have rejected your question as there is no way it can be answered. You have asked how you can get visitation rights. Without more information, there is no way to answer that. Are you seeking visitation for a child, grandchild or for whom? Is this a child born of a marriage and are you still married? Has paternity been established and are you currently paying child support? In my opinion, you need legal counsel, (not a form) as each case presents unique facts and circumstances and nothing is more important than your relationship with your child. Best of luck.
